Making sure package induct rates, and stow rates for the night are up to standard connecting with supervisors to ensure proper measures are taken to adjust as was needed. Completing safety check lists and daily paper work. Creating a end of day audit of all packages that were received that night and any packages missing. Aswell as error and sending that out to next shift and connecting with the facility that sent the packages and inquiring about any missing packages or delayed/missing trucks. Dispatching trucks into, and out of facility and handling general paper work and safety checks associated with that. Creating a plan for the next night and assigning individual people their jobs for the night. Monitoring our time on task program to make sure everyone is consistently working and talking to employees to find out about any large amounts of time off task to find out if there are any issues or reasons they aren't meeting standards. And correcting that in the best way possible.
