CurrentServe as a highly specialized DAWIA level III Acting Branch Chief for Enterprise Support, in Headquarters Air Force (HAF) Strategic Enterprise Support Division, in which I efficiently conduct all elements of the pre- award, award and post award functions for a $802M Air Force wide portfolio to support various enterprise level programs to enable fulfillment of Pentagon mission partners.Hand selected as Acting Branch Chief – staff of four; full performance at the NHIV/GS14 level for 4 months conducting Enterprise wide Support, Training and team member development, and timely obligation for 71 contract actions; executed 24 contracts & 47 mods to ensure 100% HAF support.Primary Contracting Officer for $315M cost contract, accelerated the $315M 2022 Project Air Force (PAF) cost contract award by spearheading the draft and completion of the award; initiated all communication with RAND, SAF/AQ and other SESs; assisted in negotiations and awarded FY21 RAND $2.1M Need for For Fee.Coordinate with a number of SESs,’ Air Force Technical Director, and GAO for AF Studies and Analyses, to resolve RAND PAF FY22 Cost Containment estimate measures and core funding problems that resulted in the RAND Project Air Force Steering Group quick-turn decision on cost containment measures for strategic RTD&E projects; $18M obligation.Collaborate with GAO monthly to conduct internal audits to ascertain federally funded research and development centers (FFRDCs) engagement and compliance with contract and regulatory requirements throughout follow on Task Order awards and negotiations settlements regarding RAND PAF.Responsible for contract administration for $260M Department of Air Force Senior Leadership Development Planning (DAFSLP) contract; manages complex SES customers, Senior Leader teams, and supplier relationships; executes TO’s, scope determinations, and $20M ceiling increase earning high customer satisfaction ratings on obligations valued over $14M.
