As a Senior Campaign Developer, my role is to develop and deliver communication campaigns to benefit plan participants. With this role, I am also responsible for the team's development, maintenance, and deployment of targeted recipient sponsors, including marketing and product owners. I am responsible for working with partners to understand their objectives and customer messaging requirements, develop contact lists, and ensure the timely, flawless delivery of marketing, service, and regulatory communications to customers.

With this role I am tasked to Create/Run and execute on adhoc and complex processes and able to direct others. I am able to troubleshoot, gather requirements, and assist in cross competency coordination. I am able to help with design, solutioning, and estimating work on client needs. I oversee and map out design for all CRM communications for the team. I am responsible for loading the data from vendors, SFMC, API, etc. to Database

Technically able to create and execute IBM Unica campaigns as defined by client. A subject matter expert on client's data sources and intimately familiar with database, email, and preference data including understanding key business rules that drive campaign and reporting outputs. Lead troubleshooting of campaign count issues, questions and research. Self-directed analyst. Effectively utilizes programming tools and applications, with primary expertise in IBM Unica, Salesforce Exact Target, and Oracle

Obtain claim experience information from carriersAssist in preparing Proposals, Presentations and Responses to Client Requests Prepare reports based off internal data to make claims more efficient

Check-in inventory and verify invoice for accuracy on a weekly basis Supervise 8 – 15 workers per eventOversee closing duties such as preparing receipts and checking for inventory
