I trained a team of 5 Customer Due Diligence Associates in the Customer Success Team to help with general high risk customers. I then helped hire and train a further 5 EDD/KYC Analysts in order to perform Quality Assurance on the CS Team as well as full EDDs on high risk customers such as Politically Exposed Persons.
