Collaborating with local tradespeople and electrical engineers, we ensured that every aspect of the product, from the CPU to the overall engineering, was carefully crafted in-house.Our unwavering commitment to quality is evident in the materials we selected. The casing of our Dog Wash Stations is constructed from high-grade stainless steel, known for its durability and commonly used in aircraft manufacturing. This choice guarantees a long-lasting product with minimal maintenance requirements.With a strong belief in the tremendous growth potential of our business, we had plans to expand internationally and franchise our Dog Wash Stations by 2022.Update: We are excited to announce that Easy Clean Dog Wash has been successfully sold. When Arctic Ice was established, I began my journey on the night shift, responsible for packing and delivering stock to customers. Through dedication and hard work, I swiftly progressed within the company, eventually reaching a Management & Operations Level. In this role, I successfully secured contracts with renowned multinational retailers, including Lidl, Dunnes Stores, Centra, Super Valu, and Henderson Food Group.Key Responsibilities:- Providing effective management and support to team members, ensuring their success and development.- Overseeing stock management and replenishment processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.- Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business functioning.- Collaborating with staff members to achieve team targets and fulfill customer orders.During my tenure, Arctic Ice made significant investments, including the acquisition of a 25-tonne/day Ice Machine. This substantial upgrade resulted in a remarkable increase in production, with the company now producing over 75,000 bags per week. This growth is particularly noteworthy considering that when I initially joined, the weekly production was a mere 2,000 bags.
