Constuction superintendent multifamily ● Coordinate and direct all onsite activities● Inspect worksites to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to project schedules● Participate in pre construction meetings● Establish construction schedules● Implement safety programs on each job site● Document and report on project status, issues, and resolutions to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders● Ensure all jobs are completed on schedule and on budget● Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms
