As the President and Co-Owner of Mi-Case, I lead and grow a software company that provides innovative and customized solutions for corrections and justice agencies around the world. I have over 20 years of experience in the computer software industry, with a strong background in consulting, business development, customer relationship management, and software project management.My mission is to deliver software solutions that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of corrections and justice operations, and that support the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders. I work closely with our customers to understand their needs and challenges, and to provide them with tailored and scalable solutions that meet their goals and expectations. I also collaborate with industry partners and associations, such as the Corrections Technology Association, where I serve as a board member and vendor chair, to promote best practices and standards in the field.
