We have completed the heavy lifting of bringing the headend back office software and hardware to a new Operations Control Center and backup OCC. We have implemented a full disaster recovery solution with redundant data centers using state of the art back office solutions and infrastructure that will keep the Commuter Rail safely operating in any disruption in normal operations that may occur. Cheyenne, Wyoming Area

• Served as senior project manager for all project related duties associated with the building of the Wyoming Unified Network, a $16 million project. Communicated with all stakeholders and Core Site facility owners to acquire hardware and software to be placed in their facilities. Worked with the project team using Agile and Scrum methodologies to overcome obstacles and ensure a successful deployment. Managed the deployment of Routers, Firewalls and SIEM components. Interfaced with service providers such as CenturyLink and ACT as well as other vendors. The Wyoming Unified Network consists of three redundant fiber optic rings with 100GB network bandwidth. The Fiber Optic rings terminate at 8 core sites that make up the Wyoming Unified Network.
