CurrentI am an interview coach, a recruiter, and a mentor for jobseekers who are unemployed or are employed and seeking a new challenge. I teach them how to establish an identity, how to capitalize on their inherent skills and experience, and then assist on every aspect of obtaining an offer from a company that they respect, that meets their cultural requirements, and that provides them with both short and long-term career growth. Services include developing a resume that represents them well on paper, and lands them an interview. I understand that it takes my clients a lot of trust to share their hopes, expectations, and even fears as they seek a new position. I provide each candidate I mentor with a written Pledge stating my commitment and promising that if they are not satisfied with my services I will refund their fee. In five years, I’ve never had to issue a refund.
