I have gained experience in chartering private jets within this role and large, round the world flight enquiries. I have experience in booking leisure holidays and making tailor-made itineraries. I also deal with lifestyle solutions which range from restaurants, shows and clubs across the globe. I have also dealt with some weird and wonderful requests. I delivered a premium service 100% of the time with confidence. Achieved a Customer Service Award in 2009 Maintained and exceeded in all goal areas Assisting colleagues in their role, Subject Matter Expert in a number of areas Completed Internal fares and ticketing course Mentored new executives within the team.
