During this period, I followed up on Operations (OP) division’s key change initiatives on behalf of the OP Chief and supported the OP chief in strengthening and sustaining the capability of OP to effectively deliver its mandate.

During this period, I was appointed as Project Manager for the ISO20000 Certification for all ICC Services.I was then responsible for the configuration management project and for the ISE 3402 remediation activities.I finally was in Short Term Development Assignment (STDA) with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and then appointed as OIC Governance Risk & Compliance Officer.

During this period, I was in charge of the Service Management Cell (SM Cell) and responsible for the ISO 20000 certification for a set of services.

During this period, I was to improve the Service Delivery through the management of service delivery projects, the design and implementation of service management tools, the development of service management processes, the maintenance of the Service Management System, and the implementation of an effective and comprehensive service reporting framework.

During this period, I was the IT Service Manager for Italy for Baclays Bank, I had to facilitate ITIL processes implementation from the UK Headquarter to local Italian Service Delivery and I was responsible for the Italian Service Desk and Logical Security team.

During this period, I managed implementation and data migration projects, analized services, provided support and run trainings.

During this period I provided third tier technical support for 3 Mobile company, acted as a Business Analyst and previously as a tachnical analyst and programmer for Vodafone Omnitel TLC. I also worked in a Datawarehouse project for Telecom Italia and as a technical analyst in a BtoB e-Commerce portal for Seat Pagine Gialle - Italia.
