I have been practicing law for nearly 40 years, both in a law firm environment as well as in-house in a GC capacity. I contributed to the growth and development of the Global Transportation Finance team at Vedder Price, and chaired that group for many years in addition to serving on the firm’s Executive Committee. I have also served on the Board of ISTAT for over 10 years, becoming President of the association in 2021.
