I have been practicing law for nearly 40 years, both in a law firm environment as well as in-house in a GC capacity. I contributed to the growth and development of the Global Transportation Finance team at Vedder Price, and chaired that group for many years in addition to serving on the firm’s Executive Committee. I have also served on the Board of ISTAT for over 10 years, becoming President of the association in 2021. I am continuing my work in an advisory role to the Board of ORIX Aviation as well as providing consulting and legal services to large financial institutions in the aviation sector. I am currently admitted to the practice of law in the States of Illinois and New York. I also provide advisory services to Airspace Data, who's mission is drive significant advancements in aviation sustainability.I also dedicate significant time and effort to The Cove School and Encompass, two organizations dedicated to help learning, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled members of my community.
