A veteran of the music and radio industries, Dean Gross served as the President of Bridon Entertainment for 15 years. In this role, Dean Gross distinguished himself for his ability to attract sponsors and create winning entertainment programming in several genres. Dean Gross began his career providing back-end and front-of-stage support for musical acts touring the United States. In 1982, Dean Gross worked on Rick Springfield’s Living In Oz tour, serving as an Assistant Stage Manager and also as a Retail Promotion Assistant. He also worked as a Road Manager for British singer Andy Gibb. Another of Dean Gross’s early music projects included Pepsi Hitline USA, which ran through the 1980s and 1990s. Dean Gross produced this weekly call-in show, aired live on satellite radio, bringing in popular musicians such as Paul McCartney and Janet Jackson. In his work at Bridon Entertainment, Dean Gross created programming and secured advertising sponsorships for many successful nationally-syndicated radio shows, ranging from talk radio to live music features. In addition, Dean Gross spearheaded profitable development deals with major production houses such as the American Broadcasting Company (ABC), National Broadcasting Company (NBC), Saban Entertainment (now BVS Entertainment, Inc.), and DIC Entertainment (now part of Cookie Jar Group). As a result of his business prowess, Dean Gross managed radio syndication advertising sales in excess of $10 million annually at Bridon Entertainment.
