Responsibilities include:•Understanding business results and provide company-wide delivery and past due metrics to top management. •Active part of the team assigned to troubleshoot delivery issues through our internal escalation process. This position will be a facilitator in the coordination/communication process between Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and our plants.•In coordination with our plants, identifying customers that could be affected by critical delivery issues by quantifying the impact by date and quantity.•Reviewing customer purchase orders demand to identify and resolve order volatility issues.•Managing electronic orders change errors by tracking and reviewing them•Assisting Customer Excellence Team to review the past due backlog detecting opportunity areas to decrease it. This would include demand trends, workload, and freight claims analysis and resolution.•Working with our Customer Excellence team supporting part number transition planning & management•Participating with cross functional Supply Chain projects as required.
