I love coding and collaborating. Worked for Gnip(80 people) and then we were bought by Twitter and I stayed there for 4 years. Joined Orderly Health as 7th person and first software developer who became CTO in 3 months which grew into managing 17 people. Hired at Tray as VP of Engineering which grew into managing 70 people while I still wrote code with some teams. After Tray, back to being a software developer again, and in a few months I am now the CTO at biltup doing LLM and more.

Established and drove an experimentation type culture while also utilizing Jeff Bezos' methodology of one-way and two-way door decision making within groups.Helped close the company's biggest deal to date at 3 million dollars and am continually involved in selling to customers. -
Twitter Business Search Lead Then On Notification Delivery TeamTwitter Jun 2014 - Jan 2020San Francisco, Ca, UsI decided to take a break and go back to full-time Software Developer. I joined GNIP and helped the startup reach a point where we were then bought by twitter. It has been a crazy and fun ride. After that, I joined the notifications team helping deliver 150,000 notifications per second to 1/2 billion phones* Responsible for much GDPR, massive data migration, and porting of legacy systems* Rewrote quite a few of the servers at Twitter including Tweethunter, Ibis2, NDP, NDS, rux-email getting them off the legacy stack* Published many blog articles at twitter* Many teams at twitter now use those patterns to support more code with less Engineers -
Adjunct Professor Of BusinessUniversity Of Denver Jan 2018 - Sep 2018Denver, Colorado, UsTaught creating culture and creating faster more productive teams to Vice Presidents, Directors and Managers from a telecom company. FounderMountain Goat Loans Llc Jan 2017 - Nov 2017Founded a Mortgage Company learning compliance, negotiating with wholesalers, all while executing marketing and sales. Did this all on the side while working for Twitter. I started this up for a friend. I closed 20k in profit in 3 months but once I started to hand it over, the company died. It is still something I could do if I was interested. While it was a very fun experiment in just launching another company, it is not something I really wanted to be doing.
