Established and drove an experimentation type culture while also utilizing Jeff Bezos' methodology of one-way and two-way door decision making within groups.Helped close the company's biggest deal to date at 3 million dollars and am continually involved in selling to customers.

Founded a Mortgage Company learning compliance, negotiating with wholesalers, all while executing marketing and sales. Did this all on the side while working for Twitter. I started this up for a friend. I closed 20k in profit in 3 months but once I started to hand it over, the company died. It is still something I could do if I was interested. While it was a very fun experiment in just launching another company, it is not something I really wanted to be doing.
