Developed and executed Master Commercial Agreement between Kaman and PHI Aviation for the promotion, sales, and service of KARGO UAS for support of energy exploration and production platforms in the Gulf of Mexico and throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Agreement includes Memorandum of Understanding for the purchase of 50 aircraft. Coordinated Kaman's presentation of KARGO UAS for use as a US Special Operations Forces multi-capable distribution platform, resulting in the Grand Prize Award at a Special Operations Command Assessment Event evaluating commercially available unmanned aircraft systems from 46 companies.Led the Precision Products Segment’s Innovation Team, a select group of engineers and managers from Kaman Air Vehicles and Kaman Precision Products. The Innovation Team identifies, qualifies, and promotes activities designed to accelerate company growth, both organically and through strategic business acquisitions.Developed business intelligence and identified economic drivers and trends in the aerospace, industrial, military, and consumer markets that contributed to corporate strategy, influenced strategic innovations, and informed sales forecasts for Kaman's Precision Measuring Systems business segment.Identified and secured new business and supported existing customers for Kaman's inductive (eddy current) non-contact position and displacement sensors and rugged digital data storage and retrieval systems. Guided the company through rigorous security audit by Deloitte in 2018 and supported the integration of Chiefofstaff.com with Oracle’s cloud applications and platform services under the prestigious Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator Program. Led the development of new risk management and initiative interdependency functionality that in 2019 led to Chiefofstaff.com securing a Fortune 50 multinational corporation and a Fortune Global 500 insurance company as clients. Led the creation of the company’s original business operating model and strategic plan—including capital raise—for this technology firm with offices in New York, Hartford, Boston, Brussels, Hong Kong, and Melbourne.

Integrated and expanded the marketing and sales activities of all six of Zodiac Aerospace’s Parachute & Protection segment's operating units in the United States, France, and South Africa—including Pioneer Aerospace, Airlift Technologies International, Aérazur, and Parachute Industries of Southern Africa—to more effectively address global requirements for high-performance parachute systems for space exploration, military paratroopers, and cargo aerial delivery. Positioned Aérazur to compete effectively for a long-term contract to maintain and repair all the British military’s troop and cargo parachutes throughout the United Kingdom and at their overseas training facilities.Guided Pioneer Aerospace through a rigorous Government audit of its performance on numerous production contracts over several years, resulting in the retention of its place on the Defense Logistics Agency’s Qualified Suppliers List for Manufacturers. Efforts paved the way for Safran’s acquisition of Zodiac Aerospace in 2018, which ultimately led to SpaceX’s acquisition of Pioneer in 2023.

Following Vertigo’s sale, managed HDT’s business development and marketing activities across all product and service sectors, especially Space & Recovery R&D and AirBeam™ Shelters. Aligned and coordinated opportunities for growth through strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and licensing of the company’s IP. Responsible for the design and integration of common engineering and business development management solutions across all corporate business units.

Strengthened Pioneer’s network of international agents and expanded corporate visibility in Western Europe, Latin America, South Asia, and Pacific Rim regions, leading to significant increases in export sales.Program Manager for the NASA/JPL Genesis Sample Return Capsule parachute recovery system and the US Army's Guided Parafoil Air Delivery System (GPADS), a GPS-based autonomous, precision-guided cargo delivery system that developed into the United States military's Joint Precision Aerial Delivery System (JPADS).

Chief Systems Engineer on the US Air Force CBU-97/CBU-105 Sensor Fuzed Weapon, used effectively in the Global War on Terrorism and so sophisticated that it has been dubbed the "system of seven consecutive miracles." Pioneered Textron’s application of model-based systems engineering in a fully integrated product development environment. Lead Systems Engineer on the US Air Force AN/TRN-45 Mobile Microwave Landing System. Led the environmental qualification of this portable phased-array radar system capable of controlling multiple aircraft on independent segmented approaches. Augments existing Air Traffic Control and Landing systems, allowing aircraft to operate at airfields with limited or no navigational aids.Lead Aeronautical Project Engineer on DARPA’s “Damocles” smart weapon technology demonstration program. Led the development of all the aeromechanical mechanisms for this third generation fire-and-forget dual-mode-sensor-fuzed smart munition.Flight Test and Evaluation Engineer on the LGM-118 Peacekeeper ICBM Mk 21 Reentry Vehicle, a critical component of the US military’s modern Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD). Established aerodynamic and thermodynamic instrumentation requirements for the Mk 21 flight test vehicle.

Member of the University of Leicester School of Engineering academic staff. Conducted fundamental research into the aerodynamic characteristics of high-performance parachutes for Britain's Royal Aircraft Establishment at Farnborough (now QintetiQ). Activities included wind tunnel, water tunnel, and ship tank experiments that led to breakthroughs in the understanding of the effects of pressure distribution and apparent mass on the behavior and performance of a broad range of aerodynamic decelerators, including future Mars rover entry, descent, and landing systems.
