Job description - Support manager fully over the entire shop, including service at the tills and shopfloor cover, availability of products. Inventory management, stock loss, accepting daily deliveries, end of week paper work, cash office paperwork, food legislation folder. Entering wages on system, interventions & reviews on all staff,organising staff planners & holiday cover. Delegating tasks to colleagues. Training and developing staff. Interviewing potential new staff and inducting new staff. I'm very passionate about every job I have and task I'm given and I'm always willing to help other stores where needed.
