I retired as the President/CEO of Mid-America Transplant Services (MTS) on January 30, 2016. I served in this capacity since 1986. MTS includes a federally designated organ procurement organization, an AATB accredited tissue bank, and an EBAA accredited eye bank. In my final year we won the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.Currently I consult with organizations to increase their effectiveness and insure long term sustainability.
