This position also leads and directs the core operational areas of the networks delegated payor credentialing program, provider data information, and customer service for a provider network of 80 entities, 1,350 providers, 8 hospitals, and 10 surgery centers operating in two states with 28 commercial payor contracts. • Provide leadership and strategic direction to two of the four core network governance committees: o Network Engagement to achieve multi-channel communication approaches that foster relationship building two-way communication between members, payors, and the network. o Credentialing Committee to streamline administration of the delegated credentialing agreements, assure compliance, and navigate payor audits of the agreements. • Facilitate relationships between member practices and the Aspirus Health system and commercial payors to enhance relationships that improve care coordination and expand community access to the Aspirus Health system.• Arbitrate high level/complex issue resolution between ANI member practices and commercial insurance companies to an appropriate and fair conclusion.• Co-chair of the Physician Relations Counsel: An Aspirus Health System senior leadership counsel responsible for understanding and improving the relationship of the health system with its provider practices, particularly relative to the impact of strategic and operational decisions made by the health system.
