• Provide career advising and services to undergraduates, masters', and PhD students within the UW iSchool. Conducted 350+ 1-on-1 student advising sessions in 2017-2018 academic year
• Co-design and deliver educational programming focused on learning and development through 20+ annual workshops, presentations, panels, and online chat sessions. Plan and execute communication strategies for programming.
• Assist university recruiters and hiring managers with strategy and planning for recruitment of technical interns and full-time hires. Hosted ~25 employer events in 2017-2018 academic year
• Solicit surveys and analyze data to improve the design of programming and to assess trends in career outcomes
• Collect data sets, run reports, and manage technical infrastructure of Symplicity CRM, the iSchool's job board and recruiting database
• Partner with community members (alumni, employers, students, staff, and faculty) to host a variety of events to drive student engagement and integration. Sample events include UW iSchool career orientation, Adulting.

• The UW Career Center provides job search services to students and alumni and helps facilitate connections to employers. My primary duties revolved around working with employers that were interested in hiring UW students.
• Managed employer on-campus recruiting, InfoSessions, career panels, and networking events
• Helped employers attract and conduct 1,800+ interviews over the 2013-2014 academic year
• Educated employers about various recruiting practices and recommending tools/services
• Shadowed and co-facilitated career advising sessions with students
