I managed the candidate recruitment process for the Account Operations team in Melbourne, ensuring we consistently had a roster of available candidates for the various jobs within the AO space; including payroll, credit, AP/AR, Assistant Accountants and Bookkeepers.I personally sourced successful candidates for 43 open vacancies during my 6 months with Robert Half, including senior positions such as Credit Managers, Payroll Managers and Finance Managers. I worked with a variety of businesses across a range of industries, from global organizations to local start ups. During my time in the Melbourne AO team we were the highest performing AO team in Australia and New Zealand, both in terms of revenue generated and KPI performance.

- Helped lead a number of recruitment campaigns across the business, including the Graduate Programme, reducing our reliance on external agencies. Connected recruitment campaigns across departments in order to reduce costs and improve the experience for candidates and colleagues. Oversaw the recruitment of over 35 employees into the business between January and September 2014 at an estimated saving for the business of over £30k.- Assisted line managers across the business to ensure they complied with Hallmark’s recruitment process and liaised with external agencies when required.- Assisted the Reward Partner in the rollout of the 2014 salary review and bonus implementation.- Worked with local businesses and national organizations to put together the 2014/2015 colleague benefits package.- Co-authored a report with Professor Jeff Gold (Leeds Beckett University) on employee satisfaction across Hallmark in 2014.

Organised the general and local election campaigns for the York Outer Liberal Democrats. Key responsibilities:- Recruited, trained and retained all members and volunteers (membership grew from 111 to 154 during my time in the role). Responsible for all internal and external communications.- Managed the office of the York Liberal Democrats, ensuring that printing and delivery took place on time and in budget.- Ensured the successful role out of the literature programme – writing, designing and editing all constituency literature- Devised and implemented a successful fundraising plan – personally secured attendance of VIPs including Vince Cable MP, Edward McMillan-Scott MEP and Greg Mulholland MP at key fundraising events.

- Recruited graduates into business to business sales roles on behalf of a range of blue chip and SME clients: sourced the candidates, assessed and interviewed them, and then providing those candidates with training for their assessment day and future interviews. - My other main responsibility was to help run the assessment days, both in terms of the logistics of organising the assessment of up to 60 candidates, and actually partaking in the assessing of the graduates. - I was also responsible for the recruitment process for the Marsh Graduate Development Programme, our company’s biggest account. My role was to oversee the recruitment of candidates for the 2013 MGDP (an estimated 2000 applications for 16 positions), covering every aspect from interviewing and assessing, to administration.- I broke a company record and had the most successful ever first month for a graduate manager, achieving 247% of my target. I also won Graduate Manager of the month for the whole company in the same month, and consistently hit target thereafter.
