I am a Vegetation Management Inspector (VMI) at Sierra Forestry Consulting (SFC), a leading provider of forestry and vegetation management services to utility companies, government agencies, and private landowners. I have over two years of experience in inspecting, documenting, and communicating the vegetation conditions and hazards around power lines, as well as working with customers, contractors, and tree crews to ensure compliance and safety.As a VMI, I use various tools and technologies, such as ArcGis, Getacs, and 4x4 trucks, to navigate and map out the power circuits and identify the trees that pose a risk to the power infrastructure and the community. I have worked on multiple projects such as Routine, CEMA, VMQC, EVM, red flag, fire patrol, cycle busters, and work verification for different clients, such as PG&E and Edison. I have also earned certifications in Flagger, CPR/AED/First Aid, have demonstrate my commitment to quality, safety, and customer service. I am passionate about protecting the community, collaborating with diverse teams, and learning new skills.
