Working as a consultant from Lucidty, for the Oracle ERP group, acted as ERP PMO manager. Led the development and rollout of PMO strategy, practices, tools and templates for the Oracle ERP organization at 7-Eleven. Scope included program and project best practices, project scope management, change management, cost management and governance. Scale covered approximately seven functional projects as well as operational and support activities.

Working as a consultant from Lucidity, took over a project as project manager for Project Delta: an Oracle ERP implementation at an engineer-to-order client. Core team size was, at its largest, 25 resources. Project duration was approximately 16 months.

Responsible for the direction, client implementation and internal dissemination of project management practices. Involved in the establishment of a corporate PMO and its rollout to the Dallas office. Progressed in my career at SARK from Managing Consultant (a technical role) to Supervisor/Account Manager (management role) to manager of PMO. Have designed, developed and led varying size projects at different clients in a wide range of industries. Adaptability to different client cultures and environments has been key to my succes.
