I am an experienced educator with an over thirty-year career in a wide range of educational and creatively technical settings, I have learned to trust the creative process and all that it involves, believing without reservation that focused creativity belongs at the centre of learning, I empower and motivate learners towards constructing quality.
Born in London, UK and moving to Hong Kong as a child shaped forever my growth and global mindset, multicultural respect and truly collaborative nature. 
I speak with pride of my ability to passionately generate and encourage creative thinking, empower collaborative opportunities for others to develop fluency in problem-solving, and build safe avenues for progress. I believe in inclusively allowing students to pursue their ideas and make their own mistakes.
I have taught in a highly prestigious International School in Hong Kong for over 20 years and recognise the need to harness creative passion and energy in order to focus and achieve goals.
 
As a professional educator, I am open and available to support the growth of others and approach such opportunities with adaptability, compassion, honesty, enthusiasm, experience, creativity and skill.  
I consistently hone personal interests: teaching and mastering advanced guitar skills, developing carpentry knowledge and skill and further driving towards becoming a qualified ship’s captain in Hong Kong. I maintain pride in my many entertainment technology achievements over the decades, including producing and directing audio media and communication technologies in a 46,000 capacity stadium for 18 years, plus a wealth of other large and small events.I am truly inspired by what focused people can do and love to be a part of progression.
