In my role as Head of Digital & Ecommerce at Supreme Imports, I oversee the digital marketing strategies and daily management of all B2C ecommerce brands, including 88vape, Liberty Flights, Sealions.com & Scimx.Some of my duties include: • Align the ecommerce strategy with the company’s overall business objectives.• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform the ecommerce strategy.• Identify new opportunities for business growth, including new markets, products, or channels.• Oversee the recruitment, development, and management of the team, including marketing, design, development, and customer service roles.• Set team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback• Ensure the ecommerce websites are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for conversions.• Supervise the creation and maintenance of all website content• Focus on enhancing the user experience and ensuring the website design aligns with the brand identity.• Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and affiliate marketing to drive traffic and sales.• Manage the departments Profit & Loss accounts.• Develop pricing strategies that are competitive and align with the company’s goals.• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.• Prepare regular reports for senior management on ecommerce performance.• Oversee the customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. • Act on customer feedback to improve the ecommerce experience. My Role at Digital Next to was to oversee the Delivery of our Digital Services from Production to Distribution. This also included the management of multiple teams including SEO, PPC, Web Design & Development. My role was split into two fundamental areas, the first being Digital Delivery ensuring all Digital Services offered were delivered on time to the highest standard. This included overseeing the Design & Development of Magento Ecommerce Web Builds and supporting the teams to deliver Multiple Marketing Strategies and Campaigns to new and Existing clients both SEO and PPC. The second part of my role was to manage multiple teams ensuring all staff members received the correct support and training moving forward to help them develop in their roles.
