Mr. Noble retired from Lubrizol in 2021. During his 34 years at Lubrizol, he was a senior leader who had global responsibilities including Business Change Management, Talent Planning, Performance and Development and Human Resource Systems and Technology that enabled Lubrizol’s people and business processes. Additionally, Mr. Noble developed and implemented a global data privacy framework for the protection of personal data. He has traveled and worked with colleagues around the world in these roles and supported the improvement of operations, procurement, financial, research, human resource and supply chain processes extensively.Mr. Noble is a board member and board secretary of Inspiring Minds. He was past president of the Cortland Lions Club. He has also been on the board of the Cleveland chapter of the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM). He was a member of the Human Resource Planning Society, was an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer for over 12 years and served on the Steering Committee of the PeopleSoft Global Human Capital Management Special Interest Group. Mr. Noble has spoken on various topics including employee development, ERP Training and Data Privacy. He has implemented both PeopleSoft and SAP globally, built global workforce planning processes, performance/development/career management processes and a global learning infrastructure at Lubrizol.
