CurrentEstablished in 1999, Smaller Earth is a cultural exchange organisation, dedicated to having a positive impact. Each year we send thousands of young people on work and travel programs to countries all around the world.As CMO my role is to lead our centralised marketing team in promoting our travel brands and programs. Responsible for the full marketing mix, we deliver across channels such as paid advertising, content marketing and social. From head office we help maintain global brand consistency and marketing best practices worldwide.
