One of four employees, specialising in paperless systems for the transport industry: responsible for quality assurance, customer support and company operations.Key Responsibilities- Testing smartphone and web/desktop software in line with the company’s quality assurance strategy- Management of software releases via Google Play Development Console, Apple iTunes Connect, TomTom MDM and direct to customers, including store listing, imagery and supporting documentation.- First line support via telephone and email, customer service including making any changes to the customer’s account.- Preparation of customer’s account on the SmartCheck system and trial accounts- Assist with the continued development of the SmartCheck system through providing user interface designs, icons, and management of the development schedule.- Day to day management of company accounting needs, including invoicing, processing payments and reconciling monthly bank statements with the Xero accounting system. Maintaining records of cash flow, payroll and tax liabilities.- Management of the company administration needs, including mail processing, filing, purchasing supplies and web/server hosting.- Maintenance and updates to the company website and release of email newsletters.Key Achievements- Supported the release of the SmartCheck paperless vehicle defect check system, which is used by over80 small to medium sized businesses in the transport industry- Implementation of a QA strategy which has resulted in the continued success of the company’s transportindustry mobile data capture and passenger transport systems used by local governments.- Chaired meetings and held training sessions with small groups of transport industry data capture operatives- Successful management of three office relocations between 2009 and 2017

Reason for leaving: Temporary contractMy role at Woolworths mostly consisted of serving customers on the till and though my time there was short, I became one of the fastest till workers in the store. Working in retail, meant I had continuous contact with customers, this allowed me to further develop my customer service skills. I was also responsible for money handling and preparation for the post Christmas sale.
