Responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, all facets of the cocktail program and craft beer bar, kitchen, and coffee programs, as well as tending bar 3 or more nights a week.Oversee and conduct ordering and inventory management from liquor and wine reps, restaurant supply, and barista/coffee vendors; optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their experience.Conduct interviews, orientation, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff for the establishment.Create menu items, cocktails, and drink specials with a focus on quality and freshness, while complimenting the beers made by Platform.Prepare daily and weekly reports of sales and purchases, and daily reports of cost tracking, par levels and conduct ordering from purveyors on a daily/weekly basis.Creation of special events, and coordinate and foster relationships with local businesses, art installations, charity fundraisers, new beer releases, and other promotions.Maintain close communication with social media team to ensure upcoming events and releases are posted in a timely manner.
