My role as Chief Operations Officer here at Fuel sees me overseeing the day-to-day customer-led, commercial, and operational activities of our business, focused across three channels of People, Projects and Prosperity.This is achieved with simplicity and excellence in Leadership, expecting the same of myself as I do of others, whilst ensuring we have an environment where our team can flourish.I’m a passionate individual dedicated towards directing our client service operations, internal resource management, project flows, creative processes, scheduling and delivery, and ensuring the highest creative and service standards for our customers, while nurturing and supporting our team, and ensuring we have fun along the way.

Working for this busy design consultancy I gained valuable experience whilst working ona number of projects for a wide range of leading accounts such as Parfums Christian Dior,Ian Macleod Distillers, Nike UK, Mercedes Benz World and International Master Publishersamong many others.My work took on many disciplines including creative design, studio management, liaising with and account managing our customers and being responsible for the control of final asset, and print production.

Essex

Started as a Junior Designer learning the basics of design, artwork and print production. Worked on a number of high profile accounts such as Revlon, Waterford Wedgwood, Clairol, Yardley and Abbey National (now Santander), producing various advertising, brochure and point of sale material. This would often involve meeting and liaising with clients, receiving initial brief and seeing each project through to final delivery.During my 8 years I gathered lots of experience and knowledge and progressed to Assistant Studio Manager.

During my time at Ford Motor Company, I worked within the design department, assisting with various projects including the production of exhibitions and colour shows, while learning about various aspects of design and gaining some valuable experience of working within a very busy workplace.
