Assists in screening and hiring all support staff, Backup when needed for Substitute Coordinator, Automatic subfinder, Update Job hotline, Process all Support Staff Applications, and send out applications, Update applications, Assist applicants to become substitute teachers and aides, Respond to Principals requests for applicants who are interested in specific positions by copying applications and forwarding needed information to supervisors, Process Transfer Request, Process Personnel Report, Fingerprint all new hire, Administer General Knowledge and Typing Test, Distribute mail, Filing, Fax, Process files, Reports, Receive incoming calls, Schedule and Direct Orientation for all Support Staff employees, Greet and Service the public and employees.
