Queen's Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) is Queen's University's chapter of the internationally recognized organization that works to empower and create opportunities for women in the fields of science and engineering. As the current Executive Vice-President of WiSE, I am responsible for assisting the President in overseeing the wide array of events and outreach programs that our club organizes in the coming year, as well as creating new opportunities for our club to grow. I manage an executive, coordinator, and volunteer team of over 70 people, which includes hiring, facilitating meetings, and providing personal time and effort to help every member of WiSE with their endeavours.
