An accomplished and passionate professional with over 15 years of experience dedicated to delivering positive changes in health and human services that benefits residents of Ontario. Extensive experience in government at local, regional and provincial levels, Local Health Integration Networks, non-governmental organizations, community based organizations, and health service organizations provides me with unique experiences from all components of policy development and stakeholder relations. Ensuring transformational changes and policy and program design are client/patient/resident centered is one of my key strengths. My deep commitment and understanding of the role social determinants of health play in society and my experiences with facilitating community development also drive my desire to positively impact the health of Ontarians through policy change. Throughout my career I have been consistently identified and sought out for my ability and expertise in community engagement along with the ability to develop productive and trusting partner and stakeholder relationships. I posses a true passion for working with and cultivating project teams. An energetic leader, I have guided many teams through strategic planning, goal setting, and program development and implementation, as well as measuring the impact of programs. My highly developed Project Management skills combined with experience in change management ensure deliverables are on time and on budget. I have also acquired expertise in indicator development, data collection, measurement and qualitative analysis.
