All inquiries with patients and other medical offices are answered promptly either through email, phone or fax.Incoming referrals are regularly charted and sent through the appropriate channels for triaging purposes. Reports such as labs, imaging, consult notes, appointment notifications and prescriptions, are appropriately charted and physicians notified. All incoming and outgoing mail is handled with care maintaining PHIPA compliance, and scanned and placed into the appropriate folders/charts.As a neurology clinic, this is a busy fast paced office with hundreds of clients, two doctors, multiple therapists and allied health professionals.
