I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I have over 20 years of customer service and cash handling. My first job was working at Fuddruckers as a Cashier. I also worked at different retail stores throughout the years and I was an assistant to Realtor Rosalinda Ramirze. I had always wanted to work at a financial intuition and my drive got me there. I worked for USE Credit Union, now known as BluPeak, for almost 15 years. I began as a Member Service Representative and worked my way up to a Relationship Officer (Sr. Loan Officer). I would assist with teller transactions, New Accounts set up and maintenance. I upsold credit union products and stayed up to date on policy and procedures (Operations). I would input loan applications, verify/calculate income and I would give empathetic guidance on how to better manage debt. I always wanted to see my member's get a head and not regress. I have a passion for helping others.
