Deanna kickstarted her career in the healthcare industry, specializing in physical rehabilitation after earning degrees in Exercise Science from Eastern KY University and East TN State University. Her passion for education led her to transition into healthcare education, where she collaborated extensively with business and industry in the realms of ergonomics and community health.In 1999, Deanna made a pivotal move to the security industry, assuming the role of Education Coordinator with Lockmasters. From managing student schedules, she ascended to the position of Director of Education at Lockmasters Security Institute, a position she held until 2022. Her responsibilities included overseeing school operations, government contract management, federal and state compliance, and record maintenance.In 2022, Deanna embraced a new chapter with LTI – LockTechInc. As a crucial member of the team, she spearheads Customer Experience, cultivating an environment centered around customer retention and satisfaction. Her influence extends to government contract management, record maintenance, and ensuring compliance with state and federal agencies. Excited about the opportunity, she looks forward to establishing a new division within LTI dedicated to educating individuals in the security industry.Deanna is a firm believer in the Golden Rule — treating others as you wish to be treated. This philosophy has been the cornerstone of her 25-year career in the security industry. By prioritizing respect and meeting customer needs, she has fostered lasting relationships.Outside the professional realm, Deanna finds joy in spending time with her family, whether it's at the beach or in the mountains.
