Fleur de Lis Mobile Dental (FDLMD) was established when Dr Daly decided to sell her general dentistry practice and take her dental expertise on the road. FDLMD provides dental care to patients in long term care facilities. I have worked for Dr Daly for 7 years as her lead dental assistant and made the merge with her to FDLMD. Through the years my position evolved into many different rolls from chair side assisting to team leader and finally to administration. I currently hold an administrative roll with FDLMD. My duties include treatment coordination of 50+ long term care facilities, scheduling mobile units for new and follow up visits, purchasing operator, creating and maintains production and collection reports, directing the denture program, directing the medical records department, assist the CEO and COO in all areas and keeping all personal and professional appointments. I also handle collections for the denture program and I work very close with the Unit managers and doctors to ensure the visits operate smoothly. I have assisted in establishing office procedures and guidelines. I stay current with infection control policies and OSHA regulations. I have experience in the HR processes, hiring and maintaining employee files. I am proficient in Office 365, including Power Point, Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook. I have worked many years with Eaglesoft and Dentrix dental software.
