-Assist Store Manager to deliver sales plan/profit plan; manage the team to achieve KPIs -Assist Store Manager in holding team accountable for store conditions and results, as well as execution of company policies and standards -Coach and lead the performance management/disciplinary process of team members -Workload planning, assist the store manager with planning, scheduling and execution of store workload, supervising and directing team members, including scheduling their hours of work and approving time off -Lead and manage freight flow process to ensure truck standards are followed -Lead and manage the inventory management processes in store -Oversee planogram execution -Lead and manage merchandise operations to include omni channel -Lead and manage shrink and safety programs -Oversee the visual merchandising standards in store and execution of feature space and seasonal layouts -Serves as Manager On Duty (MOD) -Complete damages and store AS IS merchandise daily -Merchandise and overstock audits daily -Manage Buy Online Pick Up In Store orders (BOPIS) as well as UPS orders

-Use procedures and controls necessary to meet or exceed sales, profit and shrink goals for my 2 stores -Consistently perform customer service and selling techniques to serve as a role model for all associates -Recruit, interview, hire and supervise 8-12 store associates for 2 locations -Provide guidance through coaching and counseling -Develop a weekly work schedule -Complete and present associate performance appraisals -Communicate merchandise needs to District Leader -Cash protection procedures, POS transactions and paperwork -Inventory control, personnel files, deposit records- Leads physical inventory processes including preparation and execution of inventory guidelines - Educates and coaches associates on company loss prevention programs - Develops and recommends action plans to solve complex problems impacting associates and/or the business - Completes any and all projects and assignments directed to me by the District Manager
