Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the cost allocation plan, organization chart of accounts, finance policies and procedures, and annual audit schedules for outside auditors and State monitors. Oversee and review all accounting transactions to ensure compliance with funders, GAAP, FASB, and A-133 requirement. Lead team in preparing monthly closeouts and preparation of monthly invoicing to funders including Florida’s Office of Early Learning and Florida Department of Education. Work closely with senior staff members in preparing grant applications and preparing corresponding monthly financial reports for small program grants.

Responsible for monthly reconciliation of the campaign to finance systems. Account analysis. Record donor pledges and process annual tax receipts.

Account payable and receivable; daily deposits; provide patient education material to individuals; process material orders for doctors and hospitals.
