Current• Directed a cross-functional team to deliver over 75 datasets across the enterprise for the Reference Data Management (RDM) solution. Overhauled and launched a new streamlined intake process, managed requirements gathering, coordinated user acceptance testing and maintained stakeholder communication to ensure timely project delivery. Enabled self-service data updates with data quality rules, reduced reliance on IT tickets and expedited data availability in Snowflake.• Key member of the development team for the Enterprise Data Catalog. Advised on the new tool (Atlan) selected, coordinated technical credentials, gathered connection credentials, and tested meta data for accuracy expanding the systems for Legal to have the data needs to compliance auditing. • Developed weekly and quarterly metrics report to communicate to Senior Leadership for both the Reference Data Management (RDM) and Enterprise Data Catalog platforms. • Trained over thirty new users on Reference Data Management, writing user guides, creating videos, and fielded questions to keep users engaged in the tool and maintain trust in the data in Snowflake. • Enhanced data quality by auditing records between applications, identifying and removing outdated entries, and rigorously validating data glossary terms, domains, and asset migration to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.• Designed audits to identify system issues and partner with the vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve quickly. • Led cross-functional teams in an agile environment, overseeing the organization and execution of quarterly initiatives and communication.
