Ran an vibrant, exciting campaign OneCity Vancouver with five candidates (2 council, 3 school board). OneCity is a new progressive municipal party focused on creating an inclusive equitable city for everyone.

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement strategic campaign options and priorities, in consultation with the Living Wage Advisory Committee.• Develop and support specific strategies to achieve objectives of selected sector or industry or employer-specific campaign goals, including guiding employers through the living wage certification process and the broadest community involvement.• Writing all external communications for the Living Wage for Families campaign including newsletters, media releases, op-eds and articles. Provide individual story pitches to targeted reporters• Build and support partnerships with related campaigns and other organizations working on economic inequality issues.• Maximized resources by managing annual budget and identifying, developing and pursuing funding opportunities.• Support and supervise Campaign Assistant.

- Manage program budgets and coordinate grant reporting with Director of Communications and Development. - Design and coordinate the training of all program facilitators for legal education programs including youth education programs and community education programs. Work with volunteers across a wide variety of skill levels and abilities. - Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation of all education programs - Work with staff to develop communications materials on West Coast LEAF education programs. - Participate in the development of tools and processes in gender based legislative auditing project

- Managed and administered regional budget including the operations of the regional office- Managed finances for the Prairie Region including bank reconciliation, donations and processing expenses.- Coordinated and supported regional activities – including five volunteer chapters and over 150 volunteers across three provinces - Organized and coordinated a two day regional conference for volunteers including arranging out of province travel, hospitality services and distribution of materials. - Participated in policy research and implementation of policy recommendations for Oxfam Canada’s transition into a women’s rights/gender equality strategic focus
