I started at Equalizer Systems in September of 2013 where I learned a great deal about wire harnesses. I was reluctant at first going into the factory life because I had worked at Subway on and off for 10 or 11 years.But this was a great company to work for I learned so much. I started out building boards for the RV companies big companies like Jayco, Forest River, Renegade and many more. I learned how to use a komax wire cutting machine I learned how to terminate wires and how to use a Sonic welder. After a year-and-a-half of being at equalizer systems they made me a team leader over the hydraulic pumps division.Now I am currently at wire design where I make harnesses for the RV industry and the Marine industry.
