The Medical Value and Access NAD is responsible for leading clinical and economic communications within prioritized national accounts and for driving formulary coverage support across the Amgen portfolio. The portfolio includes assets in the following therapeutic areas: oncology, cardiovascular, inflammation, biosimilars, respiratory, bone, and neurology. The MV&A NAD also collaborates seamlessly with commercial counterparts and works with them to secure favorable access for Amgen products.• Represent Amgen Scientific Affairs as the national medical account lead for CVS • Delivers strategic clinical value presentations covering multiple therapeutic areas to secure favorable coverage for Amgen products• Drives key coverage decisions in all lines of business including the commercial segment affecting 46 million pharmacy lives, 22 million medical lives and in the Part D segment affecting 22 million lives. Consistently improves or maintains access for priority products• Constantly recognized as a top performer by management, cross-functional partners, peers, and the greater medical organization (i.e., HOPE NAD of the Year Award 2022)• Builds long-lasting executive, clinical, and trade level relationships • Serves as the medical subject matter expert across multiple therapeutic areas (oncology, cardiovascular, inflammation, biosimilars, respiratory, bone, and neurology)• Demonstrates excellent clinical knowledge and delivers impactful presentations to all audiences. • Conducts daily surveillance of competitive landscape in all relevant therapeutic areas which informs strategy• Supports pre/post launch efforts for all new therapies and has extensive launch experience across multiple therapeutic areas• Represents Amgen by supporting ad boards, congresses, and professional association meetings• Works efficiently in a highly matrixed organization with numerous cross-functional partners

The Sr. HOPE MSL is responsible for providing payer and formulary support for the Amgen portfolio by developing relationships, internally and externally to Amgen, and advancing the clinical value and knowledge of Amgen products within the payer community. • Represent Amgen Scientific Affairs to designated National, Regional, State Medicaid and IDN accounts• National Account Lead for Humana, DoD, VA PBM and Regional lead for BCBS TN and NC• Drives key national coverage decisions across the Amgen portfolio at Humana affecting 9 million lives, the DoD affecting 9 million lives, and the VA PBM affecting over 9 million lives • Drives key regional coverage decisions across the Amgen portfolio at BCBS TN affecting 1+ million lives and BCBS NC affecting 1.9 million lives• Strategically engages assigned and prioritized IDNs on relevant product and disease state discussions• Provides Medicaid testimony and leads meetings with clinical Medicaid staff to educate them on Amgen products and appropriate disease state topics outside of public meetings Work consistently and effectively with all assigned National, Regional and Government Account Directors in a compliant manner to support customer needs and Amgen’s business strategy across the portfolio• Engages in strategic account planning in assigned accounts• Fosters strong collaborations and recognizes guardrails when presentManage scientific and business needs of assigned customers • Constantly engaged to deliver clinical presentations that are valued by the customer and commercial account directors• Consistently recognized with bravo awards for exceptional effortInteract with key internal stakeholders to provide feedback on customer trends in payer policy, reimbursement and value • Evenity Product Lead during launch which required leading strategic resource development, payer scenario planning and organized customer team collaborations
