Accountant and born again artist who teaches all things yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. The 20+ years spent in corporate America drove me to exercise as a way to relieve my stress. I started out with high intense activities such as CrossFit. Then I needed something to “stretch” me out and turned to yoga. I knew little about yoga, but that desire to use the postures opened a whole world for me. As I continued on my yoga path, studying all the aspects of the practice (not just postures), I realized how healing it was for my mind and spirit as well. Currently I am studying how trauma can be healed with yoga and mindfulness. I have also embarked on a journey of uncovering of my inner artist. I make what I call “meditative art.” My hope with each piece is that you can find a meditative state of consciousness while viewing my work.
