As a driven and passionate individual, I aim to positively impact the world by offering guidance and support to those in need. With a solid educational background in Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities from Stella and Charles Guttman Community College and Psychology and Criminal Justice at Iona University, I am well-equipped to bring about positive change.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have a passion for psychology and psychiatry and aspire to own a practice or work as a pediatric psychiatrist in a reputable hospital. I also have a strong background in various areas, including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, graphic design, video creation, and website design, which I have used to assist others with their business creation and design needs.My previous experiences as the founding president of my high school's NAACP chapter and president of the school's chorale, as well as my membership in the Tri-M Music Honor Society, have further developed my leadership skills and drive to make a positive impact.As a Commuter Assistant at Iona University, I am dedicated to supporting students through their college experience and building connections through events and seminars. I am also a proud member of organizations such as the National Society of Leadership and Success and the adult branch of the NAACP in New Rochelle, which have helped me develop my leadership skills and make a difference in my community.Currently, my educational endeavors are at Mercy University, where I am expanding my knowledge of the world of mental health and counseling.As a dedicated member of my church, I am highly involved in its media ministry and contribute to its success through various tasks and responsibilities. My self-taught background in technology and graphic design allows me to assist with website and application design, as well as creating videos and other media content. In addition, I use my writing and creative skills to assist with publications and letters.I also take an active role in helping to support and manage the workload for the ministerial staff, as well as providing assistance to other areas of the church as needed. My commitment and contributions to my church demonstrate my passion for community service and making a positive impact through my faith.
