- Determined nutritional needs, diet and supplement recommendations, and provided enteral and parenteral nutrition support at Atrium Medical Center including ICU.- Provided in depth nutrition education and medical nutrition therapy for ESRD at DaVita Dialysis Center.- Created and presented a nutrition education toolkit for DHHS WIC nutrition educators.Provided anthropometric measuring, nutrition education, and high risk counseling for pregnant, post-partum mothers and their children- Created special diets for HISD and Alief ISD including gluten free, lactose free, peanut free, and low sodium.- Provided tray line audits, cost analysis reports, food safety in services, creation and implementation of new café menu, and modified patient menu for religious preferences in clinical food service setting.
