• Analyzes the privacy policies of 700+ data brokers and people-search sites to assess and categorize their ability to handle data rights requests under individual privacy policies and the California Consumer Protections Act • Monitors standards of companies to determine if they have lapsed out of compliance with Confidently’s data privacy rights-based services to ensure quality standards for Confidently’s customers• Investigates companies that fall out of compliance with Confidently’s services by analyzing privacy policies, troubleshooting script errors, and working with the companies to develop problem solutions• Enhances consumer privacy processing data proficiency by 15% through improving automation using Selenium and JSON files to optimize opt out and deletion request filing for Confidently’s customers• Manages the operations team by onboarding companies, enforcing organization standards, and leading projects related to privacy research and company onboarding to increase company-wide productivity
