My main task is to support our clients in developing their design requests throughout different stages. Responsibilities:• Communications and coordination with the team and other consultants for authority submissions, including documentation, detailing with BIM (Building Information Modelling), and 3D modeling. • Providing design solutions to all architectural aspects of the development with explanations and arguments for decisions made. • Manage and execute design assignments • Research on rules and regulations concerning particular submission. To integrate and assure the design development meets the requirements. • Preparation of presentation slides/ boards for design proposalProjects are mainly offices, government housing, residential, and institution.
