Corporate Recruiter
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding• Development of recruiting plans, in conjunction with hiring managers.• Develops relationships with allied health education providers, and professionalassociations.• Manages clinical affiliation agreement process from draft process to execution• Manage student program with facilities and operation support• Responsible for identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and assisting in selection oftalent to ensure organizational goals are achieved.• Ensure all applicant / new employee documents are received, complete andaccurately entered into HRIS system.• Act as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaison with advertisingagencies, and temporary agencies.• Develop and maintain job postings on various recruitment sites (Indeed, LinkedIn,Glasdoor etc.).• Coordinate registration to and attendance at all (Support and Therapy) career fairs,job fairs, professional conferences, educational conferences.• Coordinate shipping of all booth material and promotional items for in-personevents.• Complete weekly, monthly, and annual reports on recruitment / employment activity.• Notify all departments of employee’s hire and start date.• Provide all new hire documents to payroll and benefits.• Ensure all job postings are posted internally and track internal applicants.• Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times.• Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee Handbook andCode of Business Conduct.• Must be able to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.• Attends all mandatory meetings, trainings, and assignments as delegated.• And other duties as requested.
