Responsible for coordinating and managing activities of the Employee Services Department, including but not limited to, such as recruitment, new employee orientation, payroll, employee benefits, training and compliance reporting. Assumes full responsibility for the duties of Vice President of Employee Services during absences.

Perform with minimal direction in support of the Vice President of Employee Services. Apply knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical material to employees and management in support of the Employee Services Dept. Researches and evaluates adminstraive issues, identifies options and recommends solutions.

Supervise, train, and provide guidance for sales floor team members, evaluate performance by giving feedback and writing reviews, help to select, hire, and interview candidates, and instill a team based working environment throughout the employees.

Step in as acting Guest Service Team Lead during schedule conflicts, vacations, and sick leave for 50% of hours scheduled on a weekly basisProvide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex situations and in resolving escalated complaints or disputesTrain and instruct employees on work procedures and company policiesImplement corporate and departmental policies, procedures and guest service standards in conjunction with managementResolve customer complaints regarding worker performance and services rendered and answer customer's questions regarding policies and proceduresFill the role of Cash Counter during high peak seasons handling upward of $150,000 daily
